That is very vague...there are a lot of different things that come together to make a good "rapper". Surely Lil Wayne isn't superior at all of them. Flow, Lyricism/Storytelling, Beat Selection, Subject Matter, etc...???

I think if it is actually coming out on July 4th, and it hasn't leaked, and there is little promotion besides the fact that its Kanye and Hov doing an album together, and Kanye is planning on a summer album (more like fall or winter to me),

No, but he's better then Kanye at most of them.

I disagree. I think Kanye is far superior to Lil Wayne in nearly every aspect. Wayne's flow is tight on a bunch of songs, but for the most part there is no common or coherent message throughout an entire song of his. Majority of his rhymes are simple, many people may even say corny..but to me he makes great party music.
