He hasnt even put an Album out yet

This isn't the 90's. Mixtapes can now be treated as albums especially if the mixtape sounds like an album. Think "So Far Gone" by Drake. If that never had the "mixtape" label next to it, I would have thought it was an album.

The Warm Up and Friday Night Lights were essentially albums disguised as mixtapes. Both had an album feel to them. The Come Up had a mixtape feel though.

Also, Tupac did not have any technical rapping skills.

Take away his subject matter and his charisma/passion, and he becomes a below average MC.

He had no wordplay, no rhyme schemes, elementary lyricism, no punchlines.

Name one Tupac song as lyrical as Return of Simba. Name one Biggie song as passionate as Lost Ones.

1. Return Of Simba is a dope song. But have a look at "Changes", "Branda got a baby" etc. For me no rapper has beaten this songs.
2. I'm not listening so often to Biggie so i can't answer this question.
