Drake is still a rapper so that puts him under Hip-Hop. and i don't mean that they are totally changing it and everyone is gonna start to sound like them. i just mean that they are developing a new sound that is different from a lot of stuff that people who listen to hip-hop would have ever heard before. but its stuff that people who listen to hip-hop would still listen to. so that's where hip hop comes in.
