Don't know if I should post mine. People gonna flame at me I think.

---------- Post added at 01:55 PM ---------- Previous post was at 01:45 PM ----------

          fuck it

Lil Wayne - Tha Carter III
          Kanye West - MBDTF
Jay-Z & Kanye West - Watch The Throne
          J. Cole - Cole World
Nas & Damian Marley - Distant Relatives
          Rick Ross - Teflon Don
          Kanye West - 808 & Heartbreak / Graduation (really can't choose)
Lil Wayne - Tha Carter II
          Kendrick Lamar - Section 80
          Drake - Thank Me Later

I'm just not into that old skool hip-hop like Nas, 2Pac, Rakim or Immortal Technique. The're fantastic MC's, but just not my style.

Hell, I forgot about Paper Trail. That shit belongs there. That album definitely slept on. I gotta keep Word of Mouf though. That shit is just too good. Luda's too often overlooked. I almost put Chicken 'N Beer up there.

Exactly my thoughts. They aren't leaps and bounds better than today's artists. Or even at all. They come from an age where hip hop was new, and there was a lot less of it. Hence less styles. It's easier to stand out in a smaller crowd. Especially when you're pioneers of a sort. Then there's also nostalgia.

And the fact that there was a lot less bubblegum back in the 90's.

Lil Wayne, Drake, Chance the Rapper, Skooly, Rich Homie Quan, 2 Chainz.

But, The Production Carried It (A Little). In My Opinion.
                      No it's not.
