Re: How Producing Has Changed Over The Years

You compared Scott Storch to Jahlil Beats? lmao

But there are still producers that use live instrumentations and make great beats like Dr. Dre & J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League for example...

difference between "producers" and "beat makers"

    oh and Mr. West >>>

Dafuk is this. You know a Rock enthusiast will look at the Scott Storch vid and be like 'Wtf is this dude doing playing 808s and other drums off a keyboard?'. It's still not 'real instrumentation'. Using a keyboard as an MPC is the fucking same thing as using Fruityloops. You're not physically playing the instrument both ways.

And did you really shit on samples? Do you not understand than 90% of Hip-Hop beats have been and always will be based upon samples? That's a whole different argument but wow.

The problem is when you have Alex Da K!d making the same generic beat process over and over again with some chick singing a bitchass hook. The process of both beats are similar though.

Explain yoself this thread makes no sense to me.

Jahlil Beats is THE WORST PRODUCER OF THIS FUCKING PLANET. It's my opinion but I cant understand why people like him.

Re: How Producing Has Changed Over The Years

no lie, kanye west always had the best beats, RZA and 40 too.

acutely luger lex is the worst producer to me, he was good in the begining but he started to repeat his beats all the time.

but its true that beats these days not that great, i miss the type of beats like "hate me now" or "gangsta paradise", get me?
