Watchin them name the top 5 on MTV..when debating on Wayne they all agree Wayne's lyrically fell off a lil bit in the past year but they cant deny the record sales and whatnot..they had Wayne at 4 and Nicki at 5 but took a vote at the end and switched Nicki to 4 and Wayne to 5

Ye #3 although they said he's declining lyrically as well
