cole is definitely the most boring rapper in my opinion. not enough diversity in his songs, all of them sound the same. & he's really not even as nice as a hundred rappers out there, lyrically.

The thing with Curren$y, is that he changed so much.
he changed his whole personality.
From what he was with 504 Boyz, or even Cash Money with weezy.
all he is now is a weed rapper.

I was talking about J. Cole, not Curren$y. Curren$y was rapping a fake lifestyle while he was on those 2 labels, he has admited that in interviews.

he is nice lyrically, but his voice and delivery helps alot.
he has a powerful and soulful voice compared to some of the other lyrical guys.
like i listened to him on that "looking for trouble" song,
and he easily outshine the other others with his mic presence alone.
for instance compared to big sean sean, who also had a nice verse,
but big sean sounds amateur to me for some reason, compared to cole, becuz his weak voice.
