Right now in my opinion, the most underrated artist in hip hop is definatly Yelawolf.

I don't know why he hasn't really blown up yet.

I don't see how Kendrick or Krit are underrated tho. Alot of the other names I see aren't so much underrated as they are simply underground or unknown.
