yes his mixtape was fucking boring except survival tactics, 10/10 song, hardknock is dope, too, kinda.
yeah I can fuck with the 1 Train verse, too
Do you not love the mere art of rap, the fact that this guy chooses to sit down and take the time with his lyrics rather than jumping on some mainstream sounding shit talking bout bs

look, i respect him. his lyrics are dope, they are on another level, hell, dude is 17. but idgaf about what he says when the packaging isn't right and in most cases it isn't (im talkin bout the beats, but sometimes even his flow). I just can't vibe to his shit. I can fuck with lyrical shit as long as it's balanced, that's why RiFF RAFF is the GOAT at it. I know you (all of you) will laugh again but RiFF RAFF is the best lyricist in the game
Quil is right. Joey is dope but comes off as super boring. 90% of the time with him, I'd rather just go on RapGenius and read his lyrics then listen to the song lol
List gets whacker every year. Stalley, Action Bronson, Ab-Soul, Schoolboy Q and Logic are the only serious contenders imo.
Your a hater, ur gonna tell me last year was better then this......and 2011=this year
the 10 should be
1.Schoolboy
2.Ab-Soul
3.Chief Keef
4.Kirko Bangz
5.Lil Reese
6.Joey Bada$$
7.Gunplay
8.-9-10 toss up between Los,Lola Monroe,Action Bronson,Hit-Boy(only cause he scrolls them beats,Stalley, Domo or Rockie.
