But is Andre 3000 one of the most underrated rappers of all time? I think he is in my opinion, I put him up there with one of the best .. I don't think he gets the respect he deserves.

He is one of the greats...I don't think he's underrated. When he releases music, people pay attention to it..

He is very good! And I spose he is kinda underrated, the people that are heavy into Hip Hop know he is great and to them isn't but for the common listeners I guess he is and that's due to the amount of music he does.
