Do you guys think i should be worried about downloading music? I only use these musicblogs like trillz, iTunesbasement etc...

I'm kinda afraid of being caught and ending up paying a fuckload of money because i download a lot of music, even though i buy a decent amout as well. I've heard about loads of people getting these huge money-punishments, which makes me a little bit worried. I can't buy all the music i want.. I'll end up broke, lol

If i get caught, do you think I'll get a warning at first, or..?

wow y'all seem to not know shit. no one ever got caught for downloading music or movies from one click hosters. one click hosters are those sites you download from when you click download on blogs. nothing will happen

torrents is where it's risky. if you don't use private trackers, chances aren't THAT low that you're getting caught. the reason is that you're automatically uploading whatever you're downloading. It's possible that you just get a warning from your ISP or you are fucked

tl;dr as long as you're not using torrents you're good

No one will ever take you to court for downloading from torrents or other pirate networks.
No one will also report and take to court those who upload it too.

People who can get in trouble are owners of those websites. But if website is located in Denmark, Norway, Island, and most European countries, it can never get banned and owners will be okay.. Most pirate networks are located there, so downloaders, uploaders and owners are safe..

It is illegal, but unless you have personal enemy that spies your computer and tracks everything you do on PC, you are safe..
