I like it. Dunno if I'd call it classic tho. But in all honesty I think the criteria for a "classic album" is kinda blurry.
If everyone holds you in high regard, you'll drop a classic album, no matter what. Because it's all public opinion. Even if it's misconstrued.
Lil Wayne, Drake, Chance the Rapper, Skooly, Rich Homie Quan, 2 Chainz.

Honestly, I don't know what makes an album "classic."
I guess albums that I'm able to get lost in for months(more like weeks these days, but it's still a feat) without bothering to check for shit else. But I still dunno if I'd call em classic.
Tha Carter III
I listened to that for the remainder of 08. It was pretty hypnotizing. Music was a lot slower back then overall.
My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy
I can't even explain this one. I just couldn't turn it off. The production is amazing.
Take Care
Underrated. Yeah, Drake sang on it. It's still a rap album and it was fucking great at that. I listened to that well through the beginning of last year.
Good Kid Mad City
I didn't actually check for this when it dropped. I had heard of it, but no incentive to listen at first. Swimming Pools did nothing for me and Backseat Freestyle is trash. That's all I'd heard. I didn't actually check it out until after I got done with IANAHB2. So it was around the middle of April. I just wanted to understand the hype. Ended up enjoying most of it until sometime in June when I moved on. I think I would have listened to it longer if music didn't move so quickly, but Idk. I still think Kenny is dumb overrated, but he dropped a great project. No doubt.
And it's not an album, but part of me really wants to include Acid Rap. It's so underrated, Imo.
Idk if I'd call any of them "classic" but I suppose they'd be the closest.
I've also listened to Yeezus. Hate it. My god, I hate it. The fact that it's critically acclaimed makes me say fuck reviews.
Relapse/Recovery = trash
C4 is ok only, it was really lazy now that I look back on it.
IANAHB2 is in a totally different category. It's good to me, but not classic album good. It's like a 2 Chainz album, good to bump, but not really think about. Still my favorite Wayne album since Rebirth(which deserved more credit but was more experimental than anything).
I have Born Sinner but haven't actually listened to it.
Same with Gifted.
Magna Carta is... Ok. Not classic.
Nothing Was The Same was good from what I remember, but I only listened to it once all the way through. It kinda bored me. Now I only play Worst Behavior. Maybe I'll give it another chance soon.
All that's left is MMLP2 but.... I doubt it's good enough to hold my attention either.
