50 cent never coming back. Eminem fell off first but his stans keep him good, Jay still musically fell of 09 but business keep him good. Wayne still drop singles everyone bump though. Kanye relevant cause off pusha and that obnoxious ass album.

I only think that Lil Wayne fell off, but mainly due to the fact that I feel I may have outgrown his music. Kanye is very innovative and I believe that Yeezus will be more appreciated down the line. 808's was also a very polarizing album, but his integrity as an artist is still very much intact and it's impossible to ignore his progressiveness. Jay's lyrics have taken a hard fall, however he is still very much a lyricist even though calling his latest two solo efforts lazy would be an understatement.

Eminem, in my eyes, has not fallen off in any way. He is still the best rapper technical-wise, and trying to write off his new album as trash is just ridiculous. Another case of fans holding impossible expectations. No one wants to hear a 41-year-old rapping about the things he did in his 20's.
