I think your on "register" bro go where it says log in and type in your username and password because if you already registered already and try to sign in you should of gotten a "waiting to be approved" pop up

Edit: WAIT BRO..... I know why it's not letting u it's because your on mobile the registration on mobile sucks bro try registering on desktop u need to sign up on desktop I just remembered now because that's what happen to me I was trying to sign up on mobile when it didn't let me u need to go on desktop and do it from there
