Compared to who?? I know for a fact at least 15 artists have sold more first week than that this year! And a good portion of them were probably rappers....

Kendrick, drake, Big Sean, wale, Ludacris and Chris brown and tyga. Techs albums was the 7th highest selling first week so far this year.
