As bad as it is to have people who are substantial to other to go to jail, there's no excuse for breaking the law in this manner. He's a citizen of this country just like any of us, (except Jcock and just a couple million [oxymoron obviously] mexicans) and he has to abide to these laws. So it's only fair that he serves his time like anyone else.
