Well she made a new album that was released in end of 2012 with its last single being released February 2013. And a tour followed between January and March. So it's not like she has been gone forever...

Timbaland is currently working on a new album and is still actively producing in 2014, with beats on Rozay's Mastermind album and Jason Derulos album.

So non of them has faded away really, and nobody can keep being at their peak all life lol.
