sry but i don't know who Bobby Robinson and Arthur Baker are

Arthur Baker produced Afrika Bambaataa's "Planet Rock," which alone places him on that list.

Bobby Robinson founded Enjoy Records which he signed and produced acts such as Kool Moe Dee, Funky Four + 1, Treacherous Three, etc. But one of his biggest contributions was introducing Doug E. Fresh where he produced "Do the Beatbox," introducing the nation to what beatboxing is.
