I've had more time to see what this guy was all about and while Wayne has talked about lean as a sickness he never claimed it to be an addiction.. I would say those are the same thing though.. Through the years people have talked about Wayne needing drugs to make good music so it isn't much different I would say. Wayne has had some near death experiences due to his drug use. I just think its worse because he actually died.
