  • Most underrated southern rappers of all time?

Been listening to a lot of southern rap past couple weeks.. who do y’all think are some of the most underrated ever ? For me I’d say..
    1. Ludacris - even though dude had popularity and did a lot for Atlanta I never see the man in many top 10’s even 15’s lists.. he’s in my top 5 all time forsure, I love T.I. but Ludacris is better lyrically imo.
    2. Rich Boy - did people not ever give this mans first album a listen ? There’s a lot more to this guys discog than just throw some D’s dude is dope, let’s get this paper is one of my fav songs of all time as well.
    3. Chamillionaire - same thing with rich boy, this man can rap his ass off and his first albums classic to me, the man won a GRAMMY for ridin dirty but it seems that’s all people ever listened to because this man has a ton of good songs.
    4. Yelawolf - coming off Trunk Muzik 0-60 this man was dope af.. that albums one of my favs ever shit is flawless, I think he made a mistake signing with Eminem tho, he shoulda gone to T.I. or Luda or something that had that southern rap sound more.
    5. Mystikal - one of the dopest rappers ever, his energy his fast flow and he had bars. The jail thing put a huge dent in his career.
    6. Bubba Sparxxx - lol fr this dude was dope, his first 2 albums were great.. drug addiction fucked w him tho and the only song people know is Ms. New Booty, instead of Ugly or Deliverance which are wayyyy better.
    7. Murphy Lee - this man just never got his shine due to Nelly hogging it all lol. His first album was dope af tons of classics on there, love me baby, what the hook gonna be ? Cmon now.
