I think he's 'better' b/c he has the empire as a business man or whatever w/the label, clothing line etc. But now that Wayne has YM and is moving in the same direction he'll be on the same level.

For people asking why Wayne isnt higher on the list than 5, its because its like man of the year. Not rapper. For example Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner, and Adam Lambert were all higher than Wayne. I wonder how they judge this "Man of the Year" thing...
