Chamillionaire probably had the album of the year with Ultimate Victory, That album was slept on by every1 but it was one of the most complete albums of the decade.

Lupe Fiasco man is a beast The cool and Food & Liqour both are amazing albums and his mixtape stuff is hot as well.

A guy that could be on the move on this list is Ace Hood man has some sick songs.
