What do you guys think about a Battles subforum and a Written subforum. Each with there own separate rules of course.

I don't think YF will get mod again lol.

But IF there's a new one for the studio it needs to be someone who uses the studio regularly but is cool with everyone with enough experience in THESE forums to know how things flow.

-ONLY a written subforum. (I really dont think people would use a battle thread. Like last time when we started battles, they only were good for like a week.. Then just started major problems lol)

I believe a producer only subforum would be nice. It could help more people show that producing is welcome here as long as raps.


Maybe even a blend forum. There has been a nice trend of blends recently.

GOOD suggestion. But i think you should combine your two ideas into one. Producer subforum. Which would be for beats, blends, and whatnot

@Dino - The thing about the Producer subforum is that there is only a couple producers in Tha Studio. I have already asked Danny about this in the past and he doesn't like the idea because of how low the activity would be. Also, he doesn't want too many subforums because it makes things look bad.

@THP850 - Good ideas. We definitely do need to bring back Song of the Month and some Studio awards. I will try and get a second Written Tournament started July 1st. Possibly hold an audio tournament after then.

I will see if I can right some new rules tomorrow, but I need the help of the community. Where is YNR, mykill, Little Son, and all of the other rappers that post in this forum? I need the help from everybody.

I hope you're right because I will probably make a draft thread tomorrow to gather information on what the community wants for new rules. Make a couple draft sets of rules until we have a perfect set of rules. I don't want to rush anything.

Look I'm not good with all of this stuff, But imo it would be nice to see some more changes around here, A lot of good ideas are floating around up there, I would like to see a feature where you post your song, and if they wanna hear it, they gotta' rep you to hear it.. So that way people are giving out rep... I would also like to see a MOD just for tha' studio area.. I'm not saying me, because i'm a asshole. But i think there's some good people around here who would do a good job. I always wanna see people posting feedback more often, everyone on here wants feedback but never give's it out... And for example "DREEZY" posts every song he makes and wants feedback, you ever see him give feedback? and if you do it's "Cool", "Keep it up" I'm not just saying Dreezy cause there's more people that do that shit too... other then that.. I like the forums here. ~YNR
