Hmm.. it varies. Anything that I just... "feel" ya know? Some of the bands I listen to are harder than others... a lot of them are actually Christian Metal. I love poem-like lyrics involving inspiration and encouragement and shit like that. And my favorite part of metal is Breakdowns (whenever the music all-of-the-sudden gets noticably heavier for a short period of time.)
