Well it depends how much knowledge you have with mixing/mastering or if you're willing to learn alot lolll.

Easy programs: Mixcraft, Gartageband, Audacity.
Advanced: Cool Edit Pro, Pro Tools, Ozone, Etc.

Pro Tools for sure, just make sure you have all the equipment to even get past the loading screen lol
