Artille: i was trying something different with the way i went about it but what part of my lyrics were overused? corny i can see cause it was the first time writing something like that since i usually go more for a deep and real stuff but now i know not to try something like this again or just practice at it. I will listen to all of them and give feedback on all aswell by the end of the night

i personally like my first couple of bars the most, but the whole thing was solid.
maybe my delivery was sloppy, but thats from rushing in the last minute. if i did the cypher earlier and took my time, my shit would be perfect.

It wasn't your whole verse, it was just a few bars that stood out to me, especially the ending. The last two bars I hear so many times that it's just annoying to hear now. Everyone rhymes hearse with verse. I've done it, pretty sure everyone on here has and at first I was like oh that's a cool rhyme scheme, but it's just played out now. Not that they are terrible bars, just I've heard bars like them before so lyrically you didn't wow me.

Thank you to everyone for the feedback. Is there anything I could improve on? I love positive feedback, but to me even negative feedback has a positive outcome.

Edit: Also corruption, you are getting better, but just take your time with every bar (I need to take my own advice!) and in a short time you will have a masterpiece. Normally when I write a verse if there is anything at all that I dislike about it, on how it flows or sounds or if I start finding a bar corny I will keep revising it to make it perfect, to me at least. I didn't with this, but check some of my writtens from the past, you will see the true effort.

Edit 2: I'm happy with the turnout and attention that this cypher is getting compared to the last one. Good job everyone, this is a close competition. Now we just need some more people to vote.
