I'm talking about like other blogs/forums. or websites like reverbnation etc.. (not youtube/blogspot lmao) Because I want to start to share with more people soon, and getting more feedback bc I wanna get better...

I know exactly what you mean man, Ive been looking for places of the same nature. I had a blogpsot but I let that fal by the waste basket, I never really post there. I don't know where else to promote myself, but I would be interested in other people's responses.

Twitter. Facebook. Word of mouth. When you do mixtapes, make some copies and give them to your homies that dig your music. Bandcamp. Datpiff. Youtube.

...and one tip i got from someone that publishes on a big blog is that if the more you feed the little blogs the more you get noticed. Sometimes they'll take something that those guys post and check it out, posting something on theirs and citing the other blog and what not.

a bit confusing, but lets try to make it more simple: big blogs, check out little blogs. get hot on little blogs, and big blogs will notice. just like local tv -> national tv, local news -> national news, etc

I don't really have many forums I post on besides here and Kanye forum. I'm a regular on those though. I used to post on TR but seems like they are more into the Shady type tracks lol. And I don't really like signing up on forums just to post music. I tried a couple other sites, posted a song or two, then stopped going cause I was feeling it.

Like 'Tha Studio music'? They have some good artists for sure. 1 or 2 artists that blow any artists on this forum out of the water. Way more producers too. I actually their forum more cause its more 'gettin to the music' rather than the BS around this forum. But its also hard to get feedback their unless you been around awhile.
