also, u must've not listned to rebirth, becuz rebirth was a dope album, one of his best, especially being an experimental one.
check out some of my other songs if u dont like this one, this is far from my best work. but i wouldnt call it terrible, its actually genius, if u listen to it a few times.

I admire your hustle Diezel but let's be honest, if your gonna do rock then take inspiration from real rock bands, Guns N Roses etc, not Lil Wayne lmao. Rebirth had a few good tracks but it wasn't proper rock, at all.

On the song, mixing is actually fine I thought, but I listen on headphones. I actually think you sound reasonably hot (no homo lol) on Autotune, but you need to write better hooks, its almost good but theres no impact on it.

Anyway at least your trying something different, for better or worse. To be honest I think your a better rapper than you are with this new shizzle.

i like how u pointed out the hook, cuz i had about 3 different hooks for this before i chose this one, and its hard to come up wit a hook sometimes lol.
like when i get too in depth, it dont sound like i want it, but then i did this , and i still wasnt 100 percent on it, but it got the overall theme of the song in it so i went with it.
what do u suggest i change or add to the hook to make it more impactful?? cuz u be pretty good at hooks.
and u right about studying real rock lol. im just experimentin really, and see how people react, but i appreciate this good feedback.

First of all nice Van Halen sample, Unchained is one of my favorite songs by them. They would be a good bad to study if you really want to get into the rock side of things. I'm in a band myself and know how hard it is to transition from the hip-hop style of writing to a rock type. The best advice I could give is to remember when writing to a rock style song or whatever you wanna call it, you have more range to honestly express your emotions. If you listen to my music you can tell the difference between Break Your Fuckin Radio and Through My Mind's Eye, I started putting more of myself into the music. After writing with my band, it became so much easier. The quality is pretty good. You did well with the using the Autotune, though I'm not a fan of the plugin, it's as close to what the pro's do as you can get. When it comes to the concept, I think you coudve done much better. In my opinion, it's not very creative. The hook wasn't good at ll. I'd like to hear what the others you came up with sounded like, they had to be better than this one. And as far as the lyrics they go along with the hook, so I didnt care for those much either. As far as rhymes, they were on par with the rest of your stuff, but the concept just bothers me. It' seems like you could've expressed your attraction to a girl better than calling it "The Love Flu". Once again, in my opinion, when foraying into the rock side of the spectrum lyrics become even more important. Being the vocalist, in a band setting, your only way of expressing yourself would be through your lyrics and I would think you'd want to put more effort into it. I think a nine year old could come up with that concept. You wanted feedback, and there you have it.

when i say she's so cool, i meant cold, as in evil, deception type , like, thats why she left my heart frozen.

but now from yall reactions, i see yall probably taking it as in "shes so cool" as in a cool/nice person to be around lol.

also the "love flu" i was referring in a negative connotation; like im in love with this cold bitch, but its like a flu i caught like catching a cold, thus "she's so cool"

i dunno, maybe i was thinking too hard, and it ended up being perceived as the opposite of what i intended.
but i dont wanna change the concept, it still seems creative in the way how i was thinking, but i see how it seems amateur in the way yall perceived it.
