This is a passion project of mine, i've been wanting to this for a couple of years.
This is still a working project, and i'm probably going to change a lot, and add more verses and possible a hook.
Written on Wyclefs "Sweetest Girl" instrumental.
rough cut 1st verse:
i remember the first time that i met her,
man, how could i possible forget her
i remember the first time she got the attention of my blue,
one look, she made me forget every single bad thing that i've been through,
it's true,
what they say,
that every bad thing turns good one day,
it's was cold and it was raining,
i consider that a good day,
cause that was the day that i met her,
and suddenly, all the stuff in my past didn't matter,
everything was getting badder,
but she put that in my rearview and made everything better
it's far behind me now,
to be honest, i don't remember how i've got there,
she made it clear to me and she gave me reasons,
she gave me hope, so that i never have to go back there,
but now she's gone, and i never even got a chance to thank her,
but those words will the very last ones, in my final chapter
rough cut verse 2:
i wonder if she remember that night in december?
we stayed up talkin until we knew exactly everything about each other,
i could ask her a question but i already knew the answer,
i hope she doesn't remember that time i messed up, thank god for second chances,
she said that life ain't nothing but a ballroom, and we're just dancers,
we all lookin for someone to dance with,
we all lookin,
why did she leave?
everything felt so right,
at that very moment, i really loved my life,
i've looked back at that day so many times, thinkin what if, i just might,
forget it, cause that night,
easily makes top ten of the best days out of my life,
even though it didn't end right,
i still consider her a big part, of my life
cause she gave it a meaning,
how did she do that, it was easy,
all that she did, was to believe me
she made me feel like there's actually something, that can stop me from leaving
