For your next projects, you have to tackle mastering more and better. I can see how you've developed so far, but for you to really take your music over the top you have to be able to master these tracks better. Better distinction between your verse and your chorus/hook makes the song. Like I've told you before, you're getting there, you just have to keep climbing. #NoSurrenderNoRetreat - LMI/MMG

Yeah the mastering is definitely one of my top focuses right now. Other things Ill be working on in the future will be my delivery and hooks. More feedback would helpful with this list of things I need to get better at. I'm currently computerless but in the next few days I should be getting something new.

Nice tape from what i've checked out so far I like the way u have a variety of types of songs on it which shows your versatility. My fav so far is Fatal Attraction - really like the beat nd your flow is nice on it. Your delivery in certain songs can be improved on along with the quality - mastering nd shit, overall sick though nd shows u put a lotta work in2 it 2 accomplish 24 full tracks

I'm wondering if I should take that sarcastically or not lol.

Thanks for the feedback Instinct. I'm glad that the tape is finally making the rounds. Fatal Attraction was one of my only story telling type tracks on the tape. That's my favorite type of song to do. My delivery will be a big focus in the future. Thanks again for the listen.

                  Re: (Album)No Surrender, No Retreat-MC_Crary

I still don't have time to peep 24 brand new songs, but I will definitely throw some feedback till I feel like turning it off.

Return of the Mac - Idk, could have been a stronger intro. Had a really weird start, not to mention the beginning is weird. Try to separate your chorus and verses a bit better. Lyrically, it was decent. I heard a few good ones, but I wasn't impressed with them overall. Your flow needs work, seems like you are reading them directly off the paper at parts. The chorus was good, just wish it was noticeably different from the verses like I said (Possibly change your voice or add different effects if you need to. Possibly would help to add backing vocals behind the chorus.

No Surrender, No Retreat - The title track! Not bad at all. Your flow is the same as the first song, which leads me to believe you write your verses before selecting a beat. Therefore you would always have the same writing style. Decent title track though, lyrically it was pretty dope though. Nice deep beat, keeping the same style as the first beat.

The Awakening - Beat is mellow, but the bass hits hard. Not sure if you raised your vocals on purpose like that on the chorus, but it sounds weird. You should try singing on the chorus rather than filling them all up with lyrics that sound like they're part of your verse. Flow is really good on this one and it's actually a pretty epic song. I wish you had a stronger chorus on it though.

Carl Winslow - HAHA I like this one. Nice concept and my favorite hook from you so far on the tape. Fuck the police! But, this is my favorite song off the tape so far. Catchy beat, to match a catchy theme. Only thing I would suggest is not having that "soo woo" scream in it, unless you are truly a blood. Just my advice though lol.

Fuck MC_Crary - Meh, not sure how I like this song. The beat is ok, but like I said on previous songs your flow is the same. Even on the chorus you have the same flow. Lyrics were basic and I think that's because nothing stand out in any of your verses. No diversity throughout them whatsoever, so it makes the track boring.

Cartoonz - Different style of beat, but it's pretty good. Your flow fit this beat nicely at first, but slowly fell off towards the end. MyKill didn't come as hard as I thought he would on this. MyKill flow was nice, but it seems he crams too much into some lines. Lyrics were also decent at best.

Fatal Attraction - This track starts really weird and the Michael Jackson hook is annoying. Maybe it's the loud "clack" sound during it that ruins it. I actually dislike this song past your first verse. And almost makes me wanna turn the mixtape off at this point, but I think I will keep listening. Think I'm gonna skip the next ladies track and listen to On It since Noble and MyKill like it. Heard some of the love song though, nice flow. Weird hearing you talk to the woman. Use to the more gangster talk from you. Nice feel to it, but skipping for the sake of time.

On It - Wow, this song is pretty damn good. Your lyrics are on point throughout the track and the flow was prefect for the beat. That and the Winslow track are my favorites thus far!

Unfortunately, my listening session is being cut short cause I have important things to do regarding the LiLWayneHQ blog. Sorry, but it was a good listen. Definitely gonna keep in my iTunes to finish my listen at another time. Hit me up for a collaboration sometime, I enjoy the tape overall from what I heard.

Thanks for the feedback man, it's really gonna be helpful with my next tapes. My flow is steadily improving and I'm focusing on hooks and mastering a lot on the next tapes. And the suwu is real man, I wouldn't say it if it wasn't. I understand the questioning, there's a lot of niggas runnin around lying and shit but I'm not on of them
