I thought this was dope, mixing was the biggets problem though, nothing really sounded like it was mixed to the beat, it just sounded like it was placed on top of it. The first verse sounded like it had too much reverb and the second verse was way too quiet. Third verse was just kinda blah.

and the second verse was way too quiet.

i just had to wipe my system and get things back up to par, but i'm having some difficulties with my USB mic properly recording volume. I've tried everything, but the VSTs and volume of recording is so haywire its driving me nuts. that's why the project this song is on was planned for the end of the summer, but until i get things right its gonna take a while. Working on a song now, and the vocals are great, just the volume is so low it hard to hear it.

First, this beat is siiick.

Flow - 1st verse had a niiice flow and he maintained it through the entire song. 2nd verse, I liked the flow you got for this, it wasn't too fast, but it flowed really nice. It kinda reminded me of Drake's flow on that terrible Tony Montana song. 3rd verse, ehh, not bad, but it wasn't really great. it was definitely the worst verse on the song.

Lyrics - 1st verse didn't have a lot of metaphors/similes, but it had some nice lyrics, and definitely caught my attention. The 2nd verse, I liked how you carried on from his last verse and ended that line with a metaphor. 3rd verse, was cool, said some things that just sounded really awkward, but it wasn't terrible. Definitely the worst verse, though.

Beat is sick!!! thats first thing, i think theres a fair bit of reverb on the mixdown on the first verse, flow is crazy though the switch up is sick!! lyrically its on point, i do like the low pitch adlibs though gives the sound an erry tone, but they could be turned down just a bit because they overpower a touch in certain places, the 2nd verse is also pretty sick, the lyrics are dope and the flow once again is pretty on point 3nd verse, the flow isn't as good as the first or 2nd but i do like the voice that "parrots" ? the bars in some places but in others it seems a little out of place, overall i gotta say 4/5 and i downloaded this because the beat is off the hook it reminds me of some crazy swizz beats style track..Good work yo'
