Re: MYKILL - No Shoes (Produced by Skate Bravo)

i didn't like the rapping part of the 2nd verse.. i dunno i think the uma sound is really awkward with that flow and the lyrics were meh - The lyrics started getting hella dope when your were like "They like when i say goodjoob, They want my feedback no prooop ...(etc from there). But that's cuz i know you do that shit.
I see like you are putting emotion in the flow and everything, however, to me it still feels like your reading. What i'm trying to say is you shouldn't be afraid to experiment with your voice. ya digg?

    3.9/5

you get the concept? saying "no shoes" means "effortless rhyming in spare time". if dudes can say "a milli a milli a milli a milli " on a hook and it work, then why not "no shoes"? *kanye shrug*

          thx for the listen

The world gets to hear what I've been privy to for weeks. Both of our proper third albums are coming. Be afraid.

Idk listened twice, and really wasn't impressed. Lyrics were ehhhh. boring flow/delivery. just my opinion. keep doing what youre doing though
"Stop, analyzin' criticizin' you should realize what i am and start epitomizin'"
"Your girlfriend is into them gangstas, and me being a gangsta, i get into your girlfriend"

Thanks for the SC link, was trying to listen and give you feedback last night...

Flow - Laid back, didn't really fall off. The middle verse at the end just sounded awkward though.
Lyrics - Decent, normal Mykill lyrics. Nothing too impressive really.
Other - Why do you sound so bored? I think before you worry about anything you need to find your voice man...
                    Overall - 3/5.

I fuck with that beat hard.

Song seems empty when it's the single center vocal, like it needs echo or adlibs something to fill in those silent moments. That "Thank You" and "Anyone wanna battle" seemed awkward and out of place to me. The lyrics were decent. Flow for the first part was on point. I can't get into the chorus though. Eh.

                      Overall, about a 3/5.
