may be better off getting some plain ol' Studio Monitor headphones by Sony. Beats i think are more inclined to delivery false sound, because they're made for the mass market and trendy music listeners. might have bass boost and all kinds of other stuff that will throw off your mastering and mixing

price doesnt necessary equate to what you need. You can get beats, but i just use some studio monitor headphones to get the true sound and I have studio monitors. headphones are like $20 and my monitors were like $100. nothing big
