if somebody find out you sellin a song on their beat without proper leasing or exclusive rights they could take action.
but i doubt they'ed find out unless you somehow get really popular.
i've seen niggas sellin their remixes on industry beats like swag surfin, millii and others on itunes, and i guess they not gettin caught.
people also sell their songs on sampled beats, and they definately dont have sample clearances......
