The problem with trying to do your own remix like this and leaving in the original artist is it instantly creates a juxtaposition for listener and only brings out the flaws in the recording more; unless you can get a clean recording close to the level of the original artist then you should just completely re-do the song; kinda hard to comment on the flow cause I don't know the language but it's sounds interesting; especially since the song is in english so it randomly switches. imo you should just grab the instrumental and just do a quick freeverse to it instead of trying to do a remix thing like this. anyway man, keep at it
