Sample sounds familiar, can't call it at the moment. I think compression and noise reduction on your vocals would be extremely helpful. We(as in all studio posters) should work on making a stickied mixing/mastering thread with tips from everyone to help each other out. I've always thought you had the bars, I just feel like sometimes you can be inconsistent with it. This is not one of those times. I'll admit there's no stand out lyrics but you always come with something that sounds like its from the heart. "A world where niggas rather die than listen". I feel you on that one man. When you get that mixing shit down you'll be killing almost every nigga around dude. That CSE project deserves lyricism like this, don't slack on that. I'm expecting some big things from that.
