some feedback please

i just started out makin some beats and would love to get some feedback for my new beat calles 'Let's Get It On'

Listened to "Let's Get It On"

Didn't really like it, the beat is just really soft -- layer up those drums and add a top layer to that bass so you can feel it without having the subs on. I hate those "heys" just because they're super generic and everyone uses them in their beats when they're first starting (I did also until I found out EVERYONE has those same samples and uses them). The beat randomly gained some volume around the 2 minute mark which was nice and where it should be throughout at the very least. Fatten up that pad and add some more atmosphere to this, it's too thin

you're on the right track so keep at it but you've got quite a road ahead of you
