Lil Wayne vocal delay???

His vocal delays are crazy. How can this effect be created it sounds like a hi pass filter and some panning. He uses on mostly all of "Sorry For The Wait" and he uses em alot in his features. Please respond back i really need to know!

I get what you're saying. Its not a basic echo, nor delay. It actually sounds really cool. I don't know how to do it myself, just felt like I should comment since it seems like the responders above think youre dumb or something. Maybe its a protools plugin.
