You really remind me of Eminem. You are dope as fuck, though.

Flow - 4.5/5: My only complaint is that halfway through the song, the flow kinda got boring. You switched it up a few times, but after you did, it was back to that same flow. Normally, it wouldn't a problem, but I don't know... I'm trying to think of a way to explain it. It just doesn't feel really charismatic, yk?

Lyrics - 4.5/5: I really like your internal rhymes. A benefit of having a vast vocabulary. You really killed this shit. I'm anxious to hear more of your shit. The only line that felt kinda out of place was the geometry one. Not enough to ruin the song, but you really put too much emphasis on a subpar rhyme.

Other: I'm conflicted on the chorus. I like it, but then again, it just doesn't feel modern. You remind me of the 90s Slim Shady. Like, The Slim Shady LP Eminem. I mean, not subject matter... but idk why, lol, you just kinda do.

    Overall - 4/5: Would've been a 4.5, but I really conflicted about that chorus. I still don't know if I like it.

Beat is nice -- simple but effective. the piano on the hook is dope and the eerie strings are nice, they almost sound like really high pitched vocals so it gives them that extra horror-ish effect. Would have been cool if there was a bridge or a switch in there somewhere though

Flow is nice, delivery is nice and aggressive without being over-done and works super well with the beat. imo, you could use an extra doubling of vocals or something for hook, just something to give it a bit more presence/energy to better differentiate the section from the verse and make it more of a climatic moment -- maybe even pitching your vocals down a fifth or an octave for the doubles so there's a subtle demonic voice going on underneath your regular vocals. i dunno, just something to give it that extra push

overall it's dope though man -- nice, dark, cold vibe!

        Montreal, stand up! lol

Flow seems pretty on-point. Very akin to eminem in your style of rap. Lyrics are pretty good too. Not a lot of cliche lines and good word play. Hook is pretty dope, but it might need some doubling to give it better impact. The adlibs on it are good, but you might need to turn up the doubling on it to give it that "punch".

The beat is pretty good too. One thing that can help a rapper promote and prosper towards a career is his ability to make his own beats. Look at Big KRIT. You never had to worry about paying any one leasing fees for mixtapes and you get to retain a lot of royalties for singles and such to yourself.

Keep working on both. This song is pretty damn good. Single quality even. Hook is very catchy and I already got it stuck in my head. Only complaint I can say is you might need to shorten your rap moniker lol. Maybe Reggie Star or something...

Sick as beat man! Your a dope producer!!
The quality is sick as, especially the vocals, really clear. The flow... the flow is pretty flawless on this one. The lyrics are great, I like the concept of this track and the hook is pretty creative. Keep dropping music man, your shit is legit!

I like the way your flow meshes with the instrumental. It does have Eminem kind of feel to it but still different at the same time. The quality is excellent. Keep it up bruh.

Thanks everyone for the feedback man, it feels really good. Cuz you know, you make music in your bed room and it obviously always sounds good to you lol but you never know the real worth of your own stuff. I'm looking forward to sharing more music in the future and listening to other people's stuff as well.

About the hook, I agree with all the comments, to me that's the one thing that I really think needs work. I tried doubling it and adding effect, but I was never able to get it to sound the way nice. I make my own mix and I'm not a pro at that. But if you listen with headphones, you'll notice there's a slight doubbling.

ATLien666 and others, yeah I know I sound a bit like Eminem, growing up he was actually my favorite rapper. I use to sound a lot muchmore like him, but I'm slowly shaping my own style. Oh and about that geometry line, I don't want to ride my own dick lol, but it's actually a funny reference to Waka Flocka's appearance on 106, check it out Waka Flocka Flame 106 & Park Interview, Petition: Waka Flocka Retire from Rap - YouTube . I knew that people who didn't get the reference would think it's a crappy line, but felt that it would crack up those he got it.

mykill LOL I know, the name is a bit too long, but it's actually Da R Star or DRS, so that is not bad. Reginald is my first name and I don't know, although Da R Star is my artist name, I just would find it weird if people called my by that name, so I put the Reginald in there just for that.
