Track is really repetitive; probably should have gone more intricate with the hats and drum rolls but I didn't want it to be too energetic and really wanted to avoid that "trap" sound and keep this really nice and soulful like that old school Houston hip-hop sound

i love how smooth the drums go with the sample, well the synth you put there with the hook wasnt bad, but it destroyed the athmosphere a bit for me , but yeah it aint bad or anything....

its gettin a bit repetitive , like you already said but all in all you did a good job....
i hope i will be able someday to do smooth beats like this
