This is the first track me and some friends did before they went off to college, I woke up at like 4 AM and ran into my garage to record this before they left. Been holding it for a while, gonna talk about re-doing and being me both verse but for now I come in at 1:45

Was gunna wait til you posted this to give you feedback instead of in PM.. Just reviewing your verse.


Flow - Was not bad at all, but it had its moments where you fell off. You gotta make sure you stay on beat. The flow wasn't bad at all besides those few moments but you reallllly gotta work on your mic presence. Even if you have a 'monotone' style of rapping, you still need emotion. You don't gotta be like Eminem on the mic yelling but you still need to make sure you're not sounding bored, which bores the listener. Try practicing your lyrics over the beat a few times before recording, or even memorizing the lyrics, that will help. You just started rapping, no one excels in this category at first. You just gotta feel more comfortable on the mic, which will come in time...
Lyrics - Some really good lines filled with some average lyrics. The topic was pretty good. Just work on the lyrical improvements I mentioned in your last thread I commented on and you'll get better.
Other - Quality wasn't terrible but could be a little better. Work on making your layers flowing better so it sounds like one verse rather then being able to tell it was more then one take.

Thanks man, I appreciate all the feedback, when I have the house to myself tomorrow I'm gonna try something and upload it on here and see if it sounds better, I'll upload it with two verse of me and ill keep my other friend on the hook though and ill see how it works
