Throw Down: -- Runnin': Singing wasnt bad, but there were parts at the beginning of the hook where her vocals sounded muddled. If there were some backing vocals on this, it would sound more pro. All good verses. Good concept. Everyday, in Everyway: I can hear you hitting the mic lol. Noble does a good job of bringing us into the track. J$ knocks it out with some nice punches and good energy. Trippy In Da Trap: First thing I think of when I hear this beat is Tyga doing some rapid fire flow or something. J$ came correct, but it woulda been better if he had some more ferocity to his bars. Lay it Down (Interlude): That beat is COOOOOOOLD. Really nice interlude... good work... The Prayer: Coulda sworn there was an LMI adlib in there somewhere.... Cli-City when bananas on this track. J$ went bananas. (put that flow and ferocity on Trippy and it'd be a monsta) "As I'm about to kill the game..." Now now Noble, dont need to be talking about that murder shit... Still a great verse from Noble. This track is prolly the best on the tape imo Ambition: "like a redneck feenin' for his tobacco, you better dip" classic line... The ending isn the best.. Just dead space and the end of the verse that J$ laid down flawlessly makes you want more, so the dead space just leaves ya hanging. Paper Chasin': Pretty swagged out hook and beat. D-Blaze reminds me of Rembrandt, except I'm not feelin' em though. Sans him, this woulda been a pretty trill track. Good contender for the best track on here... but falls short from a lackluster verse from D-Blaze. Noble's first 4 bars > your whole life. YDK: That artichoke line was hot... lol. J$ has some really hot bars on this one. We On: Out of the whole tape, this was my least favorite J$ verse. Noticeable slip up on this one from Noble? Or maybe just the stream messing up. Constellation line was hawt... Appropriate track to end the tape, but probably my least favorite out of all 10. Shoulda got Amber to sing something smooth for it... J$ executes the hook perfectly. good mixing on that.
Overall:
Who did all of the mixing? Sounds a little different than what you usually do Noble. Overall, its a great project. All the tracks flow well with one another and sonically cohesive. Great verses from everyone on the tape (well, except one guy). Very impressive and ambitious beginning to a new era of THP. You guys definitely found your sound, and you do very well at it. I would take a few more liberties with the mixing, add more depth to the hooks, but hey, still a solid tape to bump to. NICE WORK!

Thanks. I did the mixing. I was honestly starting to worry more about the mixing the then the rest at one point. So any problems with mixing were my fault. I tried to make everything sound good, while trying new things as well. Appreciate the listen tho g.
Mixtape is now at 190 streams & 61 downloads, not bad I suppose.

Also the C&S tape will drop in a few weeks. Here's one song off it (The final C&S version will be slightly different)...
The mixing sounds great. Glad to see you get to that point in your abilities. See people, I always say "tweak tweak tweak and never be satisfied until it sounds right" and look what Noble did! Persistence makes tight shit, true story lol

I appreciate that lol. I kinda thought at first you meant the mixing/mastering was a bit off. Honestly the hardest thing I find with mastering/mixing now is making the vocals blend with the beat the right way. That was my biggest struggle with mastering this lol.
