Clams Casino is a hella dope producer to look up to. something doesn't sound right about the kick drum wit the cymbal thing.. They didnt really fit together, pitch wise maybe. but you got the emotion right with the samples which makes it a dope beat overall

Had trouble tuning the kick -- it's not an 808 so it's not a layered tone so it was tough to get a reliable read on the key so it's probably definitely off by some amount

glad you could dig the emotional vibes man, definitely been looking into Clams lately -- instrumentally his beats are just so ambient and mellow but somehow still energetic; only thing that turns me off by his beats and making beats in a similar style is that the people who flock to the beats are generally not very good, so that's a downer


but lately I'm being doing a ton of underground, gritty shit which helps get the aggression out but this is a dope channel to get those emotions flowing so I'll definitely be diving deeper into this just to experiment and keep me pushing my boundaries
