I just sat down for about 15 minutes, had an instrumental up and freestyled it with typing, and I push "save" intead of "submit', so I push back and everything is gone.

I am furious because I have written some good shit before, but this was probably my best stuff ever.

I know how you feel, man. You might feel that that was the best you ever did for a minute... til you build that bridge.I wrote a couple rhymes that got lost before. I felt like they were the best offerings that i ever had. I just continued to write rhymes until i built up enough innovation to reach my peak. I feel like i got the best rhymes one day, and the next day its lame as hell.
