    Wanting to Start Producing (Help)

    I really want to get into producing shit but idk where to start (no musical experience prior). I was thinking about getting FL Studio but if I did get it, would I be good with all the beat samples that they give you or would I have to go out and search for them on my own?

    I know what sound I want to aim for but I just don't know exactly how I'd execute it you know?

    And would I be ok with just FL Studio or would I have to get extra software if I wanted to record?

      Alright. Any help is appreciated.

      Lo-fi/90's/Dark/Three 6 Mafia-inspired/"Cloud Rap" is the stuff I'm mainly interested in rn. I don't want to limit myself to just those sub genres but it's where I want to start off at.

        I usually wouldn't say steal the shit but definitely download FL Studio for free... It's a little more difficult but that software is too damn expensive for the average person that just wants to try things out.

          Aye I feel ya. I mean I don't want a watered down or bootlegged version that doesn't come with everything but at the same time I don't wanna give my computer a virus or some shit. If I could get it risk free that would be great but I'm not really into that torrent shit and stuff.

            Well try and find someone that can do it for you. I downloaded it and it worked perfect and was just as good as the original.. But free!
