The tape I'm working on is kind of just hype music, using common trap themes and putting together some songs that resemble what you'd here on the radio now a days with my own little twist here and there. Things like this, I don't try to be as lyrical as I could be. I focus more on everything sounding well and transitioning well. It's the whole philosophy of "its not what you say, but how you say it". As long as the tone is there, I'm happy, but you're right about lyrics now a days.

The middle of your first verse sounded a little eh to me, seemed like you were kinda falling off flow/delivery wise from there towards the end. The beginning of your verse started off strong, too. I fuck with the chorus, too. it's structured differently for a trap song, imo. more complex, I think. Don't know the second guy, but his verse was kinda awkward to me just because he had a lot of little pauses throughout his verse, but his delivery is kinda on point though it wasn't hype enough for the song. Might grow on me more with repeated listens, though. I like it.
