Yo can anyone tell me what all i would need for a recording studio. im tryin to put ome in my basement & would like to know what i will need and the best places tp find it.

I built a soundproof room in my basement (studio foam/soundproof insulation etc). Then I got a mid range quality condenser microphone (Rode NT2A) along with an Mbox 3 Pro HD preamp. You can easily google all those things.

You need to learn how to mix vocals to get any real quality though. Doesn't matter what you have until you learn how to do that. I get very good quality out of my rig.
