Hmmm... I like the wave of this track...Adlibs are on point. Mixing isnt bad. Again, I think you're trying to say too much in the amount of space for the bars. Try rapping where the end of your bar is on the clap for this beat. Your verse was a lil' jumbled so it was hard to follow. You don't have to rap on beat necessarily, but when learning cadence and flow, it helps.

i like rapping fast haha i know a lot of factors suffer because of it (clarity, flow cadence) but that surge of energy when you spaz out a verse is to fun but im working on a track right now with a friend of mine its over a more slower mellow beat ill come with a more relaxed flow on this one nothing to choppy hopefully the quality increases
