The tutorials are all over Youtube - ever heard about it?
and when someone can rap but can't produce, usually, he finds a producer and asks him for beats...

I could probably help, but it would probably be easier if you just ask specific questions and get them answered. If you're looking for a place to start, I would recommend getting your hands on a copy of FL Studio. From there, "Warbeats" on youtube has a number of good tutorials.
