^^ Yea. This is a good deal right here if you need an interface to hook your mic up to and it comes with Pro Tools. I got it and it works great and its cheap

Yea, If the mic input on the interface is turned up. I cant concentrate with that shit going on some of times. I'm gonna upgrade to the Music Production Toolkit II for the low soon (359.99MSRP). Learning that shit is cakewalk after you realize there is no set rule for mixing down.

Its for Windows. I had to install 4GBs of RAM into my Dell Dim E520. It takes up a GB of harddrive space for the installation.

You dont want this M-Audio Fast Track MKII USB because my home boy has one. His came packaged with a demo version of M powered Pro Tools and Adobe Audition. The Pro Tools that came packaged with it has a 15 track limit, you cant do simultaneous recording on more than 2 tracks, and its limited on the essential plug ins necessary to record a decent song. You'll experience a shit load of static when recording with the fast track. I'd say try to find you a deal on an Mbox mini on ebay. I recorded good songs on the fast track but I had mixed them down in Pro Tools LE.

can i run Pro Tools without a Audio Interface cause i cant connect my mic to it?
